Coronavirus Update

20th May update – Open for Urgent Cases

To all our patients

We are so pleased that the latest advice from the government and professional associations means that our chiropractors, physiotherapists and podiatrists may see urgent cases face to face after a careful screening process.

Our first preference would always be to do an online Telehealth appointment, but if you have escalating pain or worsening symptoms we may be able to offer you an appointment at the clinic.

If you feel your case is urgent and you would like to be seen, please contact your practitioner directly, or if you do not have their contact details then please get in touch by:

Or leave a message on 020 8943 2424

Please be assured that we have done a complete and thorough risk assessment.

Should you visit the clinic you will note that we have implemented strict new social distancing measures and cleaning protocols, and our practitioners will be wearing an appropriate level of PPE (responsibly sourced).

Waldegrave Clinic 3rd May update

To all our patients

Unfortunately, the continuing Covid 19 situation means that coming into close contact with our patients is still justifiably restricted and challenging to do. The current guidance for face to face appointments is for our practitioners to wear various pieces of PPE which are hard to source due to the demand, understandably, from the NHS.

We fully empathise with our patients who are worried or struggling with musculoskeletal pain and are unable to come in and see their respective practitioners. We continue to adapt the ways you can access us so that you can get the appropriate advice and help while the situation remains as it is.

Many of our practitioners are now very proficient in providing online ‘Telehealth’ appointments via our JaneApp software. This allows us to remain GDPR compliant, fully secure while online, and allows the practitioner to access your notes, and prescribe exercises while you can see each other during the consultation.

You can check if your practitioner is able to offer online appointments by going to our online booking site – click here and select ‘Book an Appointment’. Please leave a request to book an appointment by emailing or leave a message on 020 8943 2424.

For those of you who would rather not book an online appointment please do not hesitate to contact the reception via the contact details above or you can contact your practitioner directly should you require any advice.

As the advice from the government changes and the situation regarding access to PPE improves, we will again adapt to how we might be able to see you and will send you an update accordingly. Let’s hope it will be easier to see you face to face soon!

In the meantime, we hope that you are staying active and doing your exercises.

UPDATE 6 April 2020

Telephone & Video appointments available

To all our patients

Our thoughts are with you all during this most uncertain time.

It is also of concern to us that we know some patients may be struggling with the pain issues they have that we were in the process of helping to manage. Or, that this sedentary period of isolation may be causing new issues.

The clinic may be temporarily closed but we can continue to assist you, albeit in a different way for now:

If you are in pain or discomfort:

We can contact you by phone or email, and we are also able to do online video appointments if appropriate.

What to do:

Please telephone the clinic on 020 8943 2424 and leave a message, or email us at

This is being monitored constantly and we will respond accordingly.

Should you need to be seen ‘as a last resort’ – we can facilitate this after a thorough risk assessment first.

We will continue to modify these arrangements depending on the changing government advice issued, and according to the needs of you, our patients, if we are able.

Keep safe,

Tom Greenway

Clinical Director

UPDATE 24th March 2020

To all our patients, friends and family

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support, during these uncertain times. Our thoughts go out to all of you who have been affected by this unprecedented situation.

We have kept the clinic open as long as possible because we know how important a role our team play for you and your health. Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are very sad to let you know we have temporarily closed the Waldegrave Clinic for the first time in 30 years.

We may be closing our physical doors, but we are currently looking at effective ways that we can support you and whether or not video consultations will be beneficial.

In the meantime, our team are on hand to offer support so please email and we will forward your email to your practitioner, or if you have their email address, please contact them directly.  We will be sending out useful information regularly via email and please also check our website for updates.

We know the coming days and weeks may be hard and we want to help support you and your families as best we can.  When the time is right, we look forward to welcoming you back into our clinic.

Take care of yourselves

Tom and Rikke Greenway
