Had a great sports massage by Iain. I went in with back pain and Iain quickly identified the likely problem and source. Not only did the massage alleviate the stiffness but Iain gave clear instructions and guidance on how to manage and heal the back pain. It was my first time having a sports massage but think I should have it done on a more regular basis as I can see the clear benefits of it reducing stiffness and knots.
