What is Aromatherapy Massage?
Aromatherapy Massage combines the therapeutic benefits of natural essential oils with a variety of massage techniques to suit your needs. These may include light or deep holistic massage, therapeutic massage or remedial massage to problem areas.
How does Aromatherapy Massage work?
Each essential oil has its own therapeutic properties. These oils act on muscles, skin, nerves and circulation as well as the lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive and endocrine systems.
Research has shown massage is an effective treatment and that aromatherapy essential oils improve the effects of massage.

What will happen at your 1st appointment?
After an assessment, your therapist will select oils and massage techniques according to your specific requirements. You will be given information about what to do between treatments and how to maintain improvements gained from the treatment.
