Getting here

Car

The postcode is TW11 8NY, but on some satellite navigation systems TW11 8LG works better. The clinic is on the corner of the Waldegrave Road and Claremont Road. Parking can be difficult as the street parking has become increasingly busy.

When you next arrive at the clinic, these are the parking spaces to look for:

Private car park

There is a private car park for patients at the front of the clinic. 4 – 5 spaces marked in white are for patients. Yellow zone is for staff.

On road parking

  • Waldegrave Road – 2 turnaround spaces directly outside of clinic
  • Claremont Road – is a CPZ zone operating 10am to 4.30pm (as from 20.03.17) – however there are 2-3 turnaround spaces.
  • Alternative options are Teddington Park, Teddington Park Road or Cambridge Road.

Bus

The 33 bus route will drop you virtually outside the clinic on Waldegrave Road/ Claremont Road. The 285 and 281 will drop you at the Enfield Avenue stop at the bottom of Waldegrave Road – it is then a 5 minute walk to the clinic.

Train

The clinic is 8 minutes walk from Teddington Railway Station. We suggest that you exit the train station on the platform 2 side and turn left walking towards Teddington Cheese Store and the Nat West Bank. At the end of the road cross over to the small park in front of you and you will find Waldegrave Road on the left where Pizza Express is. Follow the Waldegrave Road passing offices and a garage – before finding the clinic on the right hand side of the road (approx 3 minutes).

Payment

We accept cash, cheques, debit cards and all major credit cards except American Express ( a 2% surcharge applies to payment by credit card)

Insurance

Insurance claims If you are claiming on your medical insurance then your provider number and authorisation code will be required. Please note that some companies allow direct settlement and some do not. Some also have strict criteria on what treatments they will allow and with which practitioner.

Please tell reception BEFORE your treatment commences that you are covered by your insurance. To do this retrospectively often causes problems and you may not receive your full entitlement from the insurer.

What to wear at your appointment

Please wear light fitting clothing as you may be required to remove some of your clothing when receiving an examination or treatment. There are changing cubicles and gowns for your comfort. If you would rather not get undressed then please mention this, and we will do what we can to facilitate your request.
