The Waldegrave Clinic in Teddington has been awarded TWO national awards by The Royal College of Chiropractors.
The awards were announced at a ceremony in London on 31st January . The two awards are in recognition of the clinic’s high standards of patient care and clinical environment.
The Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM)
The CMQM is awarded to chiropractic clinics that demonstrate excellence in terms of operating within a structured and managed clinical environment. Applicants must demonstrate excellence in a range of areas including clinical audit, incident reporting and patient satisfaction.
The Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM)
The PPQM is awarded to chiropractic clinics that demonstrate excellence in meeting patient expectations in a range of areas including accessibility, cleanliness and safety and patient communication. The decision to award the PPQM is made by a panel of patients and public who form the Royal College of Chiropractor’s patients committee.
Waldegrave Clinic Director Tom Greenway is pictured receiving the awards along with Waldegrave Clinic Chiropractor Catherine Quinn at a ceremony in London on 31st January. The awards were presented by Dr Mark Gurden from the Chair of the Royal College’s Health Policy Unit and by Mr Hew Helps from the Chair of the Royal College’s patients committee.
