I started working at the Waldegrave Clinic in 1990 after working in Esher and Surbiton. I decided to work full-time in Teddington as I loved living here, so it all made good sense to stay. I have always had an interest in sport, and so working with athletes has always appealed to me. As a result, I have worked at seven Summer Olympic Games, with a particular interest in athletics. I also thoroughly enjoyed the 10 years I spent working in the Premier League with Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers.
As a chiropractor, we can literally change people’s lives by helping them get back to what they love doing, keeping them more active, and helping them lead the mobile, active lifestyles they want.
Working with a hugely talented multidisciplinary team. If I am struggling with a particular issue with one of my patients, most of the time, one of my colleagues has the answer. It makes my working life very enjoyable.
I love keeping fit—my particular loves are skiing and hiking. I also love food, so cooking is another favourite pastime.
I just love food—everything!
Travelling is a passion, and I have never been to the South Island of New Zealand, so that is very much on my to-do list.
Going for a good walk and then cooking a lovely Sunday dinner for the family.
Star Wars or a James Bond movie.
