My chiropractic journey began in 2001 at the Waldegrave Clinic, where I first cultivated my skills and built strong relationships with patients. After nearly five wonderful years, I expanded my horizons by spending 15 years in Camberley, where my practice evolved to encompass a diverse patient base and the privilege of working with athletes of all levels.

As an International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) practitioner, I’ve had the honor of supporting elite athletes at global events, including the London 2012 Olympics, the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships, and the Disabled Strongman World Championships.

Beyond sports, I’ve been fortunate to advise on posture and ergonomics for international publications, speak at business conferences on peak performance, and help patients of all ages achieve better movement, health, and vitality. In 2007, I was honored to receive the British Chiropractic Association’s Chiropractor of the Year Award.

Returning to the Waldegrave Clinic in 2020 felt like coming home, and I returned with a passion for blending cutting-edge techniques with a deep understanding of each patient’s unique story.

What’s the thing you’re most passionate about in your job?

I’m passionate about helping people unlock their full potential—whether it’s achieving peak physical performance, recovering from pain or injuries, or enjoying life’s meaningful moments. I love solving problems, uncovering the root causes of issues, and seeing patients transform as they regain confidence in their movement and abilities. For me, there’s no greater satisfaction than helping someone overcome challenges and rediscover what they’re capable of.

The people. From the knowledgeable staff to the inspiring patients, Waldegrave Clinic feels like a true community. We collaborate, share insights, and continuously learn to provide exceptional care. This collective energy drives us to grow and give back even more to those who trust us with their health.

Outside of work, I love staying active—running (I completed the London Marathon for the charity BackCare), exploring the outdoors, and continuously learning. Personal growth is a passion, whether it’s understanding new cultures, taking on DIY projects, or practicing mindfulness techniques. I bring these lessons back to the clinic to inspire others.

Thai food always excites me with its vibrant flavors, but if I had to choose one dish, nothing compares to my mother’s butter chicken. It’s a dish filled with comfort, heritage, and love—something no restaurant can replicate.

Nepal. As the gateway to the Himalayas, it represents both a connection to my cultural roots and an opportunity to explore ancient practices. With over 20 years of experience in meditation, I believe in the synergy of Eastern philosophies and modern science to enhance well-being in today’s world.

An energising morning run or peaceful walk along a scenic trail, followed by a grounding mindfulness session. Then, quality time with family or friends, sharing stories and laughter over a delicious meal. It’s the perfect balance of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections to recharge for the week ahead.

The Pursuit of Happiness. It’s a powerful story of resilience and perseverance, reminding us that we can overcome challenges and create meaningful lives, no matter the obstacles.
