I first saw a chiropractor at age 15 after suffering from debilitating pain in my neck and arm for a year. After trying many different routes to cure the pain, chiropractic care was the one that was truly life-changing for me. This inspired me, and my chiropractor convinced me that I should pursue chiropractic as a career.
I graduated in 1997 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a BSc in Chiropractic and then worked in Yorkshire as an associate. I later decided to open my own practice in Leicester, where I treated many rugby and cricket professionals. Subsequently, I moved back to London after marriage and gained interest and knowledge in helping women through pregnancy, especially after having my daughter. This led me to undertake many postgraduate courses in paediatric care, and I have been working in this field for the past 20 years. I absolutely love my job.
I am passionate about providing patients with holistic care and being able to follow them through their treatment journeys. I enjoy keeping up to date with new research in healthcare.
I love the Waldegrave Clinic team and the bank of knowledge we all share to facilitate patient-centered care. There is a real family feel to our clinic, especially with our cake rota for weekly meetings!
I enjoy my weekly weight training class and also walking my dog—but only when the weather is good.
I love to try out new restaurants with my friends and go to the theatre. But my favourite thing to do is read while curled up on the sofa.
