I recently completed my MSc in Chiropractic at AECC University College, building on over a decade of healthcare experience, including a BSc in Sports Science, Acupuncture, and Sports Massage Therapy. My journey into chiropractic began as a track athlete, where my fascination with human movement and performance first developed. This evolved into a deeper understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimising function—insights I now apply to my chiropractic practice to help patients recover, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
Chiropractic is practical and results-driven. It’s not about masking symptoms but addressing the root cause—whether it’s muscle spasms, stiffness, or pain—by restoring proper spinal function. Seeing patients regain movement, feel stronger, and become pain-free is what drives me. Adjustments get you there faster—fix the spine, and everything else falls into place.
Waldegrave has been an excellent place to develop my chiropractic skills. The supportive team provides endless learning opportunities, and the clinic’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care pushes me to continuously improve and give my best.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me running, practicing Tai Chi, or exploring photography—things that keep me grounded, fit, and focused, mirroring the balance and attention to detail I bring to my work.
