Natasha Johnson

I qualified as a Physiotherapist from St George’s, University of London, and have previously worked in the NHS with a focus on musculoskeletal and respiratory physiotherapy. I have treated people from all walks of life and have a particular passion for sports rehab and strength and conditioning due to my history in rowing and experience of programming strength training.
What’s the thing you’re most passionate about in your job?
I am passionate about enabling patients to get back to what they love doing most, working together as a team to rebuild confidence in their body and come back stronger and more resilient. Seeing someone progress from pain or limitation back to living actively is what motivates me every day.
The team and the patients, everybody is so friendly. Having such a diverse multidisciplinary team means you learn something new every week and the patients can receive the care that best meets their needs.
I spend too much time rowing on the Thames and racing at the weekends. I also love surfing and going hiking, anything outdoors!
