Louise Wild

Louise Wild

I have been a sports, holistic, and pregnancy massage therapist since 2015. I started my practice in my own clinic before working at Vidatherapy. I’ve also provided massage at various sports events, including the Cabbage Patch Run, the London Marathon, cycling races, and hockey tournaments.

I qualified at St Mary’s University in Sports, Holistic, and Pregnancy Massage and later trained at the JING Institute of Massage in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage. I also hold qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Taping & Strapping.

What’s the thing you’re most passionate about in your job?

Helping people get out of pain, stay fit and active, and, most importantly, feel happy in their bodies.

The ongoing professional development opportunities and, of course, the lovely clients!

I play golf and tennis, cycle, and love walking my dog. I also enjoy traveling, watching hockey and football, and visiting London’s museums. In my younger years, I played hockey and competed in athletics at the national junior level.

Thai, Vietnamese, and Korean.

Sri Lanka.

A long lie-in, exercise, a dog walk, watching my daughter play hockey, reading the Sunday papers, enjoying a big lunch with red wine, then winding down with a hot bath, a film, and an early night.

Gladiator, Predator, and Grease—a strange combination!
