I originally trained as a dancer at The Arts Educational Schools, but a lower back injury requiring surgery cut my career short. That experience, along with my passion for health and well-being, led me to pursue hands-on therapies.
Between 2005 and 2016, I trained in ITEC Holistic Massage, Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage (including advanced sports injury massage), Indonesian Deep Tissue Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. I’m also trained in acupuncture and a certified yoga teacher.
I’m particularly interested in treating office workers suffering from neck pain, tension headaches, and migraines, refining techniques from various disciplines to relieve these issues. I also work with active patients, helping them recover faster, manage pain, and continue training with minimal disruption. Each treatment is tailored to restore movement, reduce stress, and support long-term well-being.
