Isobel Mitchell

I graduated with a First in Master of Chiropractic from Health Sciences University where I developed a strong understanding of musculoskeletal health, clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation.

I am particularly interested in the role that communication plays in healthcare. I believe that listening carefully and helping people understand their condition is essential to building trust and achieving positive outcomes. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, combining manual therapy, exercise and practical advice to help people feel confident in managing their health.

Alongside my clinical training, I have gained experience within a multidisciplinary sports setting and a community pop-up clinic, treating people with a broad range of needs and backgrounds. I enjoy working with both everyday musculoskeletal concerns and sports-related injuries, adapting each treatment plan to an individual’s goals, lifestyle and preferences.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching tennis, going to the opera and travelling.

I aim to offer a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel listened to and involved in their care.
