Holly Limbrick

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Physiotherapist. I have always specialised in MSK physiotherapy, previously working with the NHS, the London Fire Brigade, and private luxury later-living residences. I trained in nutrition to help my patients on a deeper level, as I found lifestyle factors often inhibited recovery in the physio clinic. My previous role at Auriens allowed me to integrate nutritional therapy with physiotherapy to achieve better patient outcomes—something I aim to continue at Waldegrave.

What’s the thing you’re most passionate about in your job?

Treating each person as an individual. I tailor treatment plans to fit their lifestyle and preferences, making them both achievable and sustainable. Beyond injury treatment, I aim to inspire positive lifestyle changes and healthy habits, as many chronic conditions can be improved or prevented through simple adjustments.

Having so many different treatment modalities under one roof. As a clinician, I get to learn from my colleagues and be part of a strong support network. For patients, it means they receive a variety of treatment options and truly personalised care.

Exercise plays a big role in my life, helping me stay physically and mentally at my best. I love escaping London, whether for a restorative countryside break or some sunshine and culture abroad. I’m also into baking—currently perfecting my sourdough!

Italian—its simplicity and focus on quality seasonal ingredients is unbeatable.

Japan!

An early start to prep my sourdough loaf, followed by a home workout. Then, a nice brunch of poached eggs, avocado, and smoked salmon. A long walk in Richmond Park or Kew Gardens (ideally in the sun!) before rounding off the day with a roast dinner, a glass of red wine, and an early night.

I’m not a big movie person, but I’m a sucker for a cheesy rom-com—probably Bridget Jones.
